The coast is the cut with the greatest variety of flavors, textures and aromas, given the characteristic of its long fibers, which require a long preparation time.
We can do it in the oven, in the pressure cooker, or in the barbecue
-1 kg of rib
-3 cloves of garlic
-1 tablet of broth
-Salt to taste
-300g of potatoes.
Add the onion, garlic, broth and salt to taste. Then season the entire rib in a plastic bowl and set aside for a few minutes. Place the rib in the pressure cooker with the seasoning in the bowl. Cook for 40 minutes of pressure. With the rib, cook the sliced potatoes. Switch off after 5 minutes of pressure. Serve then.
